We have been receiving numerous emails about JUMP Math and its use in Manitoba. In November, 2013, the Manitoba government listed JUMP Math as a recommended resource for teaching K-8 math.  We enthusiastically approve of this recommendation by the government.  JUMP is an excellent program that strikes a balance between skills and understanding and we hope that more schools in Manitoba and other provinces will consider using JUMP Math as a main classroom resource.

Note that JUMP Math is a Canadian charity that was founded by mathematician John Mighton.
